Your out of pocket cost (if any) is based on your insurance. Please contact the member service number on the back of your insurance card, to gain knowledge on coverage for your specific plan. Depending on your insurance plan and coverage, you may be responsible for a co-payment or deductible. One of our team members will verify your eligibility and coverage for therapy service prior to the evaluation to provide an expected out of pocket cost.
A prescription is not required to begin therapy services in the State of CT by law, however certain providers will not reimburse for services without a valid prescription from your physician. If you have a prescription, present it to your practitioner on your first visit. Our Team can help by contacting your physician and obtaining a prescription for your necessary care after your initial evaluation.
You should plan to have your practitioner visiting your home, or for you to visit our beautiful clinic for about 1 hour. Possibly Longer if you are receiving more than 1 service on the same day.
